Shipping Information
Orders are usually filled and shipped within 24 - 48 hours, but allow up to 5 business days. Except for personalized items which can take up to seven business days. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday.
All orders are shipped via UPS; UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes, so please provide a physical address. UPS ground is our preferred method and it usually takes between 2-7 days for domestic delivery depending on the destination, but we also offer expedited shipping through UPS second day air.
During check out you will be able to see the estimated time your order is expected to be in transit.
Shipping costs already include handling and for Standard UPS Ground we have a flat fee of just $9.99 US dollars for every initial order to any of the lower 48 states (costs will vary depending on the number of additional items).
For Alaska and Hawaii we have a flat shipping rate of $25.00 US dollars for UPS Air on any initial order.
For UPS second Day Air add an additional $25.00 to the standard shipping plus and extra $5 for every additional item.
Upon receiving and processing your order we will send you a confirmation email and a UPS tracking number so you always know where your gift is.
When deciding where to send your Baby Bouquets or your gifts, please bear in mind that new moms often have a very brief stay at the hospital after the birth of their baby, so it is better to have your blooms and gifts delivered to a home address or to your home if you plan to deliver them yourself.

At Swanky Blooms we are very proud of our products, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will provide you with an exchange or a full refund upon return of the gift. No questions asked!
We will accept all returns of
new, unopened items sold by swankyblooms.com with the original package and receipt within 14 days of the date of purchase.
Returns may be made Via USPS Mail.
To make a return or exchange please email us first at customerservice@swankyblooms.com to get an authorization number, without this number no refunds can be made.
Shipping charges will not be refunded and there will be a $10.00 restocking fee.
All sale, personalized and custom orders are final.When you place your order, a label is automatically generated from the address you type as the shipping address, please double check it before placing your order, since we are not responsible for non-delivery if you have entered your address incorrectly.
If your order is returned as undeliverable to us because of a mistake on your part, we may be able to resend it to the correct address but you will have to pay sh&h charge to have it resent.
A final note:Our Baby Bouquets are not toys, and are not intended to be handled by babies so please don't let young kids play with them since they have removable pieces that can become a Hazard.
We reserve the right to substitute any item due to stock availability for an item of equal or greater value.
